Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service, ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Assist with bussing tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and culinary options.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food safety compliance.
• Process payments accurately while demonstrating strong math skills.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in the food industry, preferably in a server or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is a plus.
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively and enhance the dining experience.
