Primary Duties

Communicate with members and guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a friendly and sincere manner.

Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible.

Handle food carefully and responsibly while serving guests their dishes.

Provide a friendly and caring experience for every member and guest that comes into the club, upholding Green Tree's hospitality standards.

Train other employees in standard practices and procedures in a shadow-style training program.

Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to recall menu items.

Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork

Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.

Food handlers Certification required.

TABC Certification

There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours including evenings and weekends shifts.

Occasionally work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.

The person in this position constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
