Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
• Handle cash transactions using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to operate a cash register effectively.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
