What You'll Do

As a Server at Cleveland Draft House - Clayton, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering top-notch customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Taking accurate orders and entering them into the POS system efficiently.
Managing payments and handling money responsibly.
Providing basic guidance on our alcohol offerings to help guests make informed choices.
Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for making guests feel welcome.
Familiarity with POS systems and money management.
Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages to assist with guest inquiries.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
