We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently during transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices required for maintaining health standards
• Knowledge of the food industry trends and excellent serving skills including upselling techniques
• Previous host/hostess experience or bartending background is advantageous but not mandatory
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations are essential
