Server

Juicy Crab is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. We are seeking team players who can work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Process guest payments accurately
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
• Comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (based on state alcohol laws)
• Must possess a valid ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) License/Permit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
