Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide great customer service to help create a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tables, and maintain a professional and welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables, and assist with sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, supporting smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in host/hostess roles or bussing is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential

Pay: $7.50 - $13.00 per hour
