Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while catering to guest preferences
• Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable for guest seating management and optimize table turnover during busy hours
• Maintain knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures in line with industry standards
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
