<Job Overview>

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this role, you’ll be a hands-on leader on the floor—welcoming guests, running service, coaching teammates in real time, and owning the responsibilities outlined in the Server Job Description.

<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to engage guests effectively
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or food industry positions is highly desirable
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a bonus but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
