Position Summary

The Server/Bartender plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. This position requires strong service skills, the ability to prepare beverages to club standards, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner; retain and recognize the names of returning members
• Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member and guest satisfaction
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of drink preparation, wine service, and cocktail crafting
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
• Process payments and manage member charges accurately
• Work collaboratively with the F&B team to support smooth service operations

Skills

• Previous experience in both serving and bartending required
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible alcohol service certification (preferred)
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong team orientation
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $10.98 per hour
