Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will provide outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending experience is preferred, as team members may assist with beverage service and bar operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and ensure timely delivery
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with state and company regulations
• Upsell menu items, specialty drinks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room and service areas
• Bus and reset tables efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations
• Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks when necessary
• Support bar operations during busy periods, including preparing basic beverages and maintaining bar cleanliness
• Coordinate seating and reservations when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak business hours

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous restaurant server experience required
• Bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and alcohol service standards
• Excellent customer service and guest relation skills
• Experience using POS systems; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales and upselling abilities
• Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Fine dining, sushi restaurant, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
