Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems like OpenTable or similar platforms.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure seamless transactions.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and assist with food handling or kitchen support during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, adhere to sanitation protocols, and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy.
• Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus.

Pay: $21.65 - $26.07 per hour
