Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using the menu system.

Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.

Assist with catering events, banquets, and fine dining experiences as needed.

Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.

Uphold all health and safety regulations in accordance with food service guidelines.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Previous experience in catering or banquet services is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of food service operations within the fine dining sector is advantageous.

Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

A background as a dietary aide or in the food industry can be beneficial for understanding guest needs.
