Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied during their visit.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables promptly.
• Process payments accurately using a cash register.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent hospitality by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Skills

• Experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
