Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties with basic math proficiency
• Follow all food safety protocols to ensure proper sanitation, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Experience with culinary techniques or kitchen experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices required
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, or high-volume settings is desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing required
• Host/hostess experience or serving background is beneficial for guest relations roles
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through sales techniques
