<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining POS system integrity
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through excellent communication and sales skills
