Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as FullCount, Aloha POS, or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper food handling procedures
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to uphold sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
