Join our elevated dining team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this role, you will create a memorable guest experience, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and be apart of a team that brings exceptional hospitality to the table. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such asToast and Resy.
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems including Resy and Toast, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or server with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and teamwork
