Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all details are correct
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments efficiently
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service
• Experience in upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Background in hospitality or guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is beneficial
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential
