Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with precision
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive experience in both fine dining settings and nightlife venues like nightclubs

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as required in nightlife or restaurant settings

Pay: $22.43 - $27.02 per hour
