Job Summary:

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu or restaurant.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and brand values.

Qualifications:

• Prior serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.13 per hour
