Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server in a restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon their arrival.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards for customer service, hospitality, and teamwork.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic math skills for handling transactions, and knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing time efficiently during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
