Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils after each use.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
