Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha TOAST systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and sanitation standards.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $21.77 - $26.21 per year
