Overview
ACRE Kitchen and Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere and culture in our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
• Accurately take and review all orders with the guest
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
• Perform quality check-backs with guests in a timely manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and refilling supplies as needed.
• Report any customer complaints to the supervisor on duty immediately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Must be fully available to work Saturdays and Sundays days and nights
• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.34 per hour
