Server

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused English-speaking Server to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. • Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction
• Maintain properly set and organized tables throughout service periods
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service delivery
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with courtesy, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area in compliance with all food safety standards
• Perform side work duties including restocking supplies, cleaning stations, and preparing the dining space
• Adapt professionally to varying environmental conditions, including Cairo's warm climate
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and willingness to support team members during peak service times
