Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure all drinks are garnished and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience.
• Upsell drink specials and menu items to increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly

Requirements

• MUST be RAMP Certified (or acquired upon hiring)
• 18+ Years Old
• Comfortable using a POS system (Toast - training available)
• Previous experience as a Server/Bartender or in the food industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.50 - $35.00 per hour
