Sienna Mercato is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Server Assistant / Floor Support team member to help deliver an exceptional guest experience across our multi-level dining concept.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates guest needs, and takes pride in being part of a polished, professional service team.

What You’ll Do

• Support servers to ensure seamless, efficient service
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining spaces
• Run food accurately and efficiently
• Refill water, clear and reset tables quickly
• Communicate proactively with kitchen and service team
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism

• Weekend and evening availability required
• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
