We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Server who takes pride in teamwork, precision, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintain clean, organized tables throughout service
• Reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Support service flow between kitchen and dining room
• Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant floors
• Provide water service and assist with guest needs when appropriate

Qualifications

Blackpearl is seeking a warm, polished Host/Hostess to be the first impression of our restaurant. The host team sets the tone for the entire dining experience and plays a critical role in guest hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists using reservation systems
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining service flow
• Provide clear information about dining room, bar, and speakeasy experiences
• Coordinate with servers and managers to manage table timing
• Handle guest inquiries professionally
• Maintain organized host stand and entry area

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable, Tock, Resy) is a plus

Blackpearl is looking for motivated Bussers who take pride in keeping the dining room clean, organized, and ready for service.

This role is essential to maintaining the pace and quality of our guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers and assistant servers during service
• Refill water and support guest needs when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
• Polish glassware and assist with side work
• Ensure restaurant standards of cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift trays and move continuously during service
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
