What You'll Do

As a Server at Marco Prime, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest by:

• Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Building relationships with our regular guests and providing personalized service
• Presenting daily specials, menu features, and recommendations
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately using our Toast POS system
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding quickly to requests
• Suggesting appetizers, specialty cocktails, wines, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
• Maintaining clean and organized service stations
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

What We're Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help others
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
