Server – AYCE Sushi Restaurant Experience Preferred

Job Description:

Machi Sushi is looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced Servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced sushi restaurant offering All You Can Eat Sushi, à la carte dining, and a full bar.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, works well under pressure, and is familiar with restaurant service standards. Experience with AYCE / All You Can Eat restaurants is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take food and drink orders accurately
Explain menu items and AYCE ordering rules to customers
Run food, refill drinks, pre-bus, and clear tables
Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas and server stations
Work closely with kitchen, sushi bar, bar, and host team
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous server experience preferred
AYCE / All You Can Eat restaurant experience is a plus
Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must have a positive attitude and professional appearance
Weekend availability preferred
