Job Summary

We are looking to hire ten seasonal hires (10) new candidates by 4/15/26. Bartending experience is required; A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience is required for this position. We provide paper applications that can be completed in person at the restaurant as well as completing the application process here on indeed and/or forwarding a resume. We are always accepting resumes in person even if we are not actively looking to fill a position or do not have a live posted add.

We are looking for service staff for our restaurant in Littleton Colorado. Our service staff is paid the Colorado tipped minimum wage which is currently set at $12.14 plus tips. The Lake House Kitchen & Tavern features an American Menu highlighting American Comfort Food including, Pressure Fried Chicken, Lake Caught Fish, Steak, Wings, Salads and Sandwiches all made form scratch in house as well as Craft Cocktail, Craft Beers (10+ taps) and Wines. We are seeking applicants with with experience respectively but our culture is all about training, development and preparing all employees for the next opportunity. This is our first location, but our plan is to open many and with that will come opportunity for advancement as well as requiring key lead personnel to assist the management team in consistently maintaining our hospitality, culinary, operational and team standards.

Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for use for a variety of health-and-safety purposes, which employees "earn" at a rate of 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked.

Public Health Emergency (PHE) Leave: Up to 80 hours of PHE-related leave when a PHE is declared.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Complimentary Hospitality that exceeds standards
  • Menu descriptions of our Food and Beverage will be provided to you and everything you are expected to know will be in these descriptions.
  • Create natural conversation with the guest naturally and be able to clearly present and promote our offerings. Always be prepared as your greatest test is every guest interaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
  • Assist in bussing tables and helping with food handling as needed during busy service periods.
  • Monitor food presentation and quality before it leaves the kitchen to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Support team members in various tasks within the restaurant to enhance overall efficiency.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in roles related to food service or customer service.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required to effectively relay information between kitchen staff and servers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing exceptional service is highly valued.
