Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in various settings, including fine dining, banquets, and catering events
• Handle food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
• Support dietary accommodations by understanding specific dietary needs and assisting with appropriate food handling
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate large events or busy service periods efficiently
• Uphold excellent customer service standards by engaging positively with guests and addressing their needs promptly

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Banquet or large event experience is a plus
• Previous food industry experience is valued for this role

Pay: $10.70 per hour
