Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus, highlighting specials and beverage options.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently using POS systems like Toast POS or Micros POS.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling.
• Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math to process payments smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, anticipate needs, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in banquet or catering events when required, demonstrating flexibility in various food service settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in dining environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising service quality.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles including food handling, brewing processes, and customer service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions accurately.

Pay: $12.50 - $30.00 per hour
