Server/ Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our Tom Archer's team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Duties

• Take accurate orders from guests using a Toast POS system
• Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness throughout service areas
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of service stations during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Engage with guests proactively to promote specials or upsell menu items, boosting sales while creating a lively atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred
• Bar experience required
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm

Pay: $4.25 - $8.00 per hour
