SERVER / BARTENDER

Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers & Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, with experience in casual dining or nightclub type settings. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink selections.
• Operate the SKYTAB POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting with ordering when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous bartending / Serving experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with SKYTAB POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• Experience with knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
