Server / Bartender - Food Runner / Busser

Restaurant Description: Bloom and Vine is an upscale / casual Chinese restaurant. The flow is fast paced all front of house team members are expected to help each other. Customer service is the highest priority for all positions some food items have a long cook time in order to ensure the customer is happy through out experience clear friendly communication is necessary. All team members should have a positive attitude, friendly mindset, and a big smile.

Job Summary:

Food Runner / Busser

The food runner / Busser position main duties are to deliver all food items to customers as quickly as the are ready with proper sauces bowls and utensils for all guests at table. To clear all tables wipe down and reset the tables properly for next customers, in a timely manner. Handling all Togo orders, starting them on hungry panda printing tickets for kitchen and delivering to customers.

Server / Bartender

As Servers or Bartends you are main contact with customers and the direct link to the kitchen. You act as the face of the restaurant and the most influence on over all guest experience. As a server you will take tables, greet customers, take orders, run food / drinks, and ensure a great overall experience that will leave the customer happy and wanting to return.

Bloom and Vine 是一家 高級休閒（Upscale Casual）中式餐廳。

餐廳工作節奏非常快，所有前場（Front of House）團隊成員都需要互相支援、合作。

我們最重視的是 顧客服務。由於部分餐點烹調時間較長，因此需要透過清楚、友善的溝通，讓客人在整個用餐過程中都感到滿意。

職缺一：Food Runner / Busser（送餐員／收桌員）

主要工作內容

在餐點完成後，盡快將餐點送到客人桌上。

確保餐點搭配正確的醬料、餐碗及餐具。

清理客人用完的桌面。

擦拭並重新整理餐桌，快速準備迎接下一組客人。

處理所有外帶訂單（To-Go Orders）。

在 Hungry Panda 系統建立訂單。

列印廚房出單。

將外帶餐點交給顧客。

主要工作內容

身為服務生或酒保，你是客人與廚房之間最重要的橋樑，也是餐廳的門面，對整體用餐體驗有最大的影響。

你的工作包括：

接待客人並安排服務。

向客人打招呼。

點餐。

送餐與送飲料。

確保客人在整個用餐過程中都有良好的體驗。

讓客人願意再次回來光顧。

我們希望每位服務人員都能提供熱情、友善且專業的服務，創造優質的顧客體驗。
