Open Positions & Responsibilities

Server

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a high-volume dining environment
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and sections
• Handle multiple tables efficiently while providing a great guest experience

Bartender

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
• Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws (ID checks required)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
• Support team members during peak service

Host

• Greet guests and manage seating flow efficiently
• Maintain accurate wait times and guest communication
• Coordinate with servers and managers to optimize table turns
• Provide a welcoming and professional first impression

Cashier / Barista (To-Go)

• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee and beverages to standard
• Ensure order accuracy and proper packaging
• Maintain speed during peak travel times
• Provide friendly, professional guest service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain PHL Airport Security Badge (SIDA)
• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
• Must be able to work flexible hours (including weekends & holidays)
