Server / Counter Associate

La Isla is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

We are a fast-paced restaurant committed to providing exceptional guest service, quality food, and a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests from the steam table
• Process customer transactions using our POS system
• Answer phone calls and take customer orders
• Package takeout and delivery orders
• Deliver food to guests when needed
• Coordinate delivery pickups
• Refill steam table items and beverage coolers
• Clean and sanitize tables, workstations, dining areas, and restrooms
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Restock supplies and maintain organized workstations

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Support team members

Language Requirement

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers in both English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
