Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and wine pairings.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions.
