Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and facilitating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Micros POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Process payments efficiently using POS, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with guests and team members.
