SERVER / LINE WORKER (evening shift)

Position Overview

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Line Servers at our Sugarhouse location . Line Servers are the heart of the guest experience — preparing and serving food with care, maintaining a clean and organized line, and ensuring every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and serve bowls, salads, and plates accurately and efficiently according to Aubergine Kitchen standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving line, dining area, and prep stations
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift to keep service running smoothly
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with general cleaning, dishes, and closing duties
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently during busy rushes
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation and cleanliness
• No prior restaurant experience required — we’ll provide full training!
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
