  • Rabbit Ears (Atlanta, GA) – A high-end cocktail bar designed for elevated evenings and unforgettable experiences. Think expertly crafted cocktails, intimate ambiance, and an unforgettable view!

The Role:

We’re seeking servers who thrive in a high-energy, guest-forward environment. This individual will be a key player in creating memorable experiences through intentional service, cultural storytelling, and seamless table-side execution.

You Are:

  • Passionate about building and retaining regulars
  • Skilled in guiding guests through curated menus with warmth and clarity
  • Comfortable working in a pooled house environment with competitive hourly base pay
  • A natural host with a gracious, engaging presence
  • Excited to contribute to a team that values sustainability, creativity, and community

Compensation & Growth:
We offer competitive hourly wages alongside a pooled house structure, ensuring a collaborative and rewarding environment. We offer a range of $14-$15/per hour base pay plus pooled tips. On average our servers make $200 - $250 a shift in pooled tips or more, plus their base pay. We offer family meal every day for our staff as well and are dedicated to creating a positive work culture.

Cross-Training Opportunities:
We’re proud to invest in our team’s growth. Servers at Los Félix and Krüs Kitchen are encouraged to cross-train between both concepts, expanding their knowledge, refining their service skills, and gaining hands-on experience across roles.
