Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation platforms
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy setting
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Previous experience with serving, food handling, food preparation, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of OpenTable reservations system and upselling techniques is a plus
• Culinary experience or kitchen background can be beneficial for understanding menu items and food presentation
