Server (Part-time)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner

- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items

- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service

- Process payments accurately using Aloha POS system

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and billing

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen procedures

- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems

- Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
