A Day in the Life:

• Greet and seat residents and guests warmly and professionally
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into our POS system
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy and dietary needs
• Check in throughout meals to offer refills or additional items
• Reset and sanitize tables, restock supplies, and maintain a clean dining environment
• Assist with light meal prep (e.g., bread baskets) and communicate with kitchen staff
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures
• Respond to resident feedback and requests with a respectful and helpful attitude

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required
• Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
