Server Position

At Sambi Japanese Restaurant, our mission is to create a dining experience where guests can enjoy honest, well-crafted Japanese food in a calm and welcoming setting. Sambi has been cherished in the community for many years, and as we prepare for our renewal and relaunch, we are thoughtfully updating the restaurant—not only the menu, but the entire atmosphere and experience.

We are refining our offerings to focus on a curated selection of sushi and Japanese dishes that are commonly enjoyed in Japan, crafted with care and consistency. We value doing things well, presenting each dish with intention and integrity.

Compensation:

• Starting at $16.30/hr + tips

Hours Available:

• Lunch shift: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sun
• Shifts may vary depending on your schedule and our service needs
• No prior customer service experience is required — we can train you

Applicants should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and lifting items when necessary. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
