Silver Birch of Mishawaka is hiring a Server to join our Culinary Team . In this role, you will help create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience that makes every meal enjoyable for our residents.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals
• Assist with dishwashing when needed
• Help keep the dining room clean and welcoming while providing great customer service
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic food safety knowledge
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings is helpful
