Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to ensure safety standards are met
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant schedule
