Technical Expertise:
Solid knowledge of server hardware, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and basic networking. Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise servers or virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, or OpenShift is a plus).
Network Management Systems:
Experience in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Network Management Systems (NMS) or monitoring tools. Ability to integrate servers and network elements into centralized management platforms and ensure stable system performance.
Support & Problem Solving:
Capable of diagnosing and resolving system or hardware issues, performing firmware/BIOS upgrades, and conducting preventive maintenance. Familiarity with major server vendors (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Huawei, ZTE, etc.) preferred.
Develop and expand new customer relationships, establish solid business partnerships, and maintain existing customer relations. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable server products and solutions to meet their business needs.
Coordinate internal team resources to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements, including collaborating with the technical team to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years experience in server and storage industry or related IT sectors, with a good understanding of the server market and industry trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and strong team spirit, able to closely collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
Good English communication and presentation skills to establish positive business relationships with customers.
